Our safety measures concerning COVID-19
Due to the current situation surrounding the novel coronavirus, we were forced to introduce new rules of conduct and a detailed hygiene concept to protect our guests and employees.
Based on the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute and common sense, the focus is on the following aspects:
- Distance from each other
- Hygiene, which means basic and hand hygiene, as well as detailed disinfection of all surfaces
- Functional masks that cover both mouth and nose
- Circulation, regular and according to anti infection guidelines

We carry out an active initial screening for risk exposure and symptoms or request this screening from the respective external organizer.
The measures we have strictly adhered to since the beginning of the pandemic have proven to be effective: so far we have had no proven infections among our employees or guests.
Our environment
The regulation Siebte SARS-CoV-2-Eindämmungsverordnung informs us about temporary containment measures due to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and COVID-19 in the region of Brandenburg. We regularly check the valid regulations in the state of Brandenburg and continuously adapt our in-house measures to contain risks and ensure the safety of guests and employees.
Currently, the state of Brandenburg and the district of Oder-Spree (LOS) are comparatively little affected. Use the daily updated case numbers to get a concrete picture.
12-10-2020: Update on the corona prohibition: Please note that the accommodation bans apply only to tourist travelers. Business travelers and travelers visiting family and friends are not affected. Further details can be found here.
06-01-2021: Update to access to the Medical Center of Excellence is only granted to persons* who present a negative COVID-19 PCR test. This must be not older than 48 hours. (*participants and trainers)
13-04-2021: Update Access* to the Medical Competence Center is only permitted with a negative test result (*participants, trainers & event-related persons).

02-06-2021: Since a few weeks we can be happy about decreasing numbers of infections, more vaccinated people and therefore more independence. From now on, admission is possible for vaccinated persons (full vaccination protection obligatory) with proof. Read more...
